Grilled Tomatoes and Thyme

- 1 large, ripe tomato, cut in half
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
- Preheat grill and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Lightly brush each tomato half with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place tomato cut side down onto grill.
- Turn tomato over and gril on cooler edge of grill for 3 minutes.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
