Turkey Meatloaf

Everyone loves a good, wholesome meatloaf but when you are dieting, the average meatloaf can be killer to your diet. After tons of ideas, different methods and lots of different recipes, we’ve finally mastered a Medifast Lean and Green meatloaf that won’t destroy your diet! The following recipe is not only dietary friendly, but lets you get that wholesome meal you are dying to have.

Dieting shouldn’t be something that has you cutting out all the meals you love, it should just have you manipulating them a little so they fit your diet perfectly. Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

(Makes 5 servings)

  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/8 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/8 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or Medifast Honey Mustard Pretzel sticks

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl combine the turkey, egg, salsa, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, bread crumbs/pretzel sticks and lemon pepper.
  3. Mix well with hands until blended.
  4. Press mixture into a loaf pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes
